What is the difference between load planning and offering?

Load planning helps the dispatcher evaluate multiple drivers for a load, without informing the drivers. This is the planning stage and load status is “Planned”.

When a load is offered or assigned to a driver, the driver will be informed and load will appear on the driver’s timeline, both on the web and mobile app.

Can I share my invoice revenue with my customer?

Yes. You can either download the invoice from the invoice page and send an email to your customer or you can follow the following steps to send the invoice directly within LoadOps: Invoices → select any invoice → click on the email icon on top of the list → send the email to the customer with the invoice attachment.

How can I see the historical time offs of a driver?

Currently, we do not allow this feature directly within our application. Please contact our support team to generate historical time offs of a driver.

Why can I not find my driver on the map?

The driver may not be located on the map because we were unable to get his location from either the ELD or his mobile GPS. This may happen for a variety of reasons depending on your ELD. If you are facing this problem often for particular drivers please contact us.

What does the orange warning icon mean on the driver dispatch screen?

The orange icon image2020-2-14_15-39-9 is the warning sign with the total number of warnings associated with the loads for a driver. Hovering on the icon gives a high-level overview of all the warnings.

Where can I find my driver's phone number?

Your driver’s phone number can be viewed by hovering on image2020-2-14_15-42-21 icon on the driver’s page. It can also be viewed from the driver’s detail page.
