How can I report a bug or request a feature?

Overview of the Resource Center Feedback module

To report a bug or request a feature in LoadOps you can submit your feedback directly to the product team at Optym.

First, click on the Resource Center in the menu bar and select Feature Requests and Bug Reports as shown below:

Once the Request module loads, fill out the form and the feedback will be delivered directly to the product team.  It will then be evaluated and placed in the roadmap for development.
