Anchor points are fictitious stops representing pickup-heavy areas. They are used to tune delivery routes so that the driver can begin doing pickups near the anchor point when finished with all deliveries on the route.
You can choose to drop an anchor point if you do not want the driver to report to that particular location after completing a route. To do this, click on an anchor point and click Drop Anchor Point.
