Why can't I sign in?

Oops! Let’s start by verifying that you have a registered account. If you don’t have an account, ask your supervisor or contact LoadOps support to add you to LoadOps. You will then receive an email with the credentials to sign in.

If you already have an account, you might be having trouble signing in because the sign-in credentials or DOT data you entered are incorrect or the application is facing some issues. Please make sure the credentials you entered are correct. If the application is facing sign-in issues, please try again at a later time.

The third possible option is the account has become past due or canceled.  In that case please have the account admin contact our team to make a payment and re-activate.

How do I reset my password?

Currently, password reset is done through the forgot password option on login page. Enter your DOT number and associated email address, then click “Forgot Password”. This will send an email to your registered email address with the instructions to reset your password.

How can I request a feature or report and issue?

There are multiple ways to request a feature or report an issue in LoadOps. The simplest way is to click on the Help button and enter the details of your request. You can either upload any document or attach the screenshot while reporting a bug. The other way is to email your concern or feedback to You can also reach our support team at 1-833-462-9353.

How is the profitability calculated from the Load Boards? 

The profitability is calculated from the Load Boards based on the variable cost and Average daily cost set under the preferences.

Typically, we recommend the value of a load be determined on a $/day scenario, but the profitability of load will vary based on how many days a trip will take along with how many miles the trip requires.  This profitability calculator allows for linehaul revenues to be more normalized for evaluation.
