Customer Portal
The Customer Portal feature overview shows how you can share a live list of loads associated to your customers
The Customer Portal feature is accessible from the Operations > Contacts Submenu. Using this module you can share a static URL that is unique to each customer that allows them to view a dynamic list of the loads they have associated to them.
How do I find the Customer Portal?
The Customer Portal links are located in the Customer Detail panel which can be accessed from the Operations > Contacts Submenu or directly from Customer Hyperlinks on the Load Detail panel or Load/Trip Grids.
Features
Read Only URL: This URL provides a dynamic list of loads associated to the Customer. Customers can view Load related details, Invoice details, and Tracking. Internal company user data such as internal notes, settlements and factoring are not viewable.
Create URL: The Create URL works exactly like the Read Only URL but using the Create URL the customer would also be able to ADD LOADS directly into your environment.
Document Visibility: Document Visibility allows you to set which document types a Customer will have access to view and download. Examples of document types commonly shared: Rate Confirmation, BOL, POD. Examples of document types that could vary by customer: Fuel/Toll Reciepts, Trailer Images, Maintenance related photos.
