WEX/EFS Fuel Card Integration
Adding your fuel expenses to LoadOps is easier than ever.
Start by navigating to Settings -> Integrations and then going to the Fuel Card tab. Then select "add new account"
The display name is whatever you want to call the integration. For the credentials, you will need to reach out to your contact at EFS and request API credentials. Enter these credentials in the user name and password fields and then click "save".
You may also need to complete a data sharing agreement before your integration is active. If your integration is not working, please go to the bottom of this page to see the steps required by EFS.
Once your integration has been activated, you can select the 3 dots on your integration card and select "Sync Transaction".
Expenses will display on the table. You can check "Hide Synced Records" to only show pending expenses that have not been added to LoadOps. Once you have selected the expenses you would like to sync, click on "Create As Expense" at the bottom.
Your synced expenses can then be found and managed under Finance - Expenses within the Fuel tab.
EFS Data Sharing Agreement
PLEASE NOTE: EFS Creates the log-in credentials and then adds the Whitelisted IP addresses. This takes 24-48 hours to process on their side. You should use the credentials that EFS creates rather than your own.
