How to Clear the Cache in your browser
After a new deployment, you may see blank or incorrect screens in your login. Clearing your cache and resetting your browser can resolve this issue
🔄 How to Clear Your Browser Cache
If you’re seeing a blank screen after our recent update, it’s likely a caching issue. Please follow the steps below to clear your browser’s cache and refresh the page.
🟦 Google Chrome (Desktop)
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Go to More tools → Clear browsing data.
- In the popup:
- Time range: Select “All time”.
- Check “Cached images and files”.
- (Optional: Uncheck Browsing History & Cookies unless needed.)
- Click Clear data.
- Refresh the page (Ctrl + R or Cmd + R).
🟪 Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Select “All time” as time range.
- Check “Cached images and files”.
- Click Clear now.
- Refresh the page.
🦊 Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three lines in the upper-right corner.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data → Click Clear Data….
- Check “Cached Web Content” (uncheck Cookies if you don’t want to log out).
- Click Clear.
- Refresh the page.
🍎 Safari (Mac)
- Click Safari in the top menu → Settings (or Preferences).
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data….
- Click Remove All → Confirm.
- Alternatively, in Develop menu, click Empty Caches (enable Develop in Preferences > Advanced).
- Refresh the page (Cmd + R).
If you’re still experiencing issues, try hard refreshing the page:
- Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
