How do I edit the Empty & Loaded miles on a load?
What is the difference between Planned and Assigned Loads?
Planned loads have been added to a driver's schedule- however, they are not visible to the driver. LoadOps does not notify/show loads in a Planned status to drivers using the mobile app.
Assigned loads are also on a driver's schedule and are visible to the driver. LoadOps will notify and display loads in an assigned status to drivers using the mobile app.
How do I Create a load?
A load can be created directly from the Loads page using the ‘Create New Load’ option. It can also be created by converting a quote into a load.
A load can be duplicated by clicking on the option under each load on the Loads page.
To delete a load, go to the load detail page and delete it using ‘Delete this load’ option
What does the big orange banner mean at the top of my driver's timeline?
This banner indicates that for this driver the ELD provider has not given the latest location and/or HOS logs. Depending on the ELD provider this may be for several reasons. You can use the Update button to compensate for the lack of data. Once the ELD comes back with more recent data the bar will be removed.
How do I edit a load? Unable to edit a load.
To edit a load, go to the load detail page.
Any general information of a load (commodity type, notes and customer information) can be edited from the ‘General Info’ tab.
To edit stop information of a load, go to Stops on Load ➡️ Configure Stops ➡️ Edit stop. You can only edit a stop if it is not completed.
Load financials like revenue and payments can be edited from the ‘Financials’ tab.
Completed loads will need to be reverted to an earlier status to be editable.
How is revenue per day calculated in the load selection?
Based on appointment times and distances provided by the load board, we estimate the amount of time required to complete the load. This calculation takes into account the driver’s current location as well as his projected/current hours of service. Sometimes, loads can be completed in a fraction of a day, in which case you will see revenue per day greater than actual revenue.

The orange icon is the warning sign with the total number of warnings associated with the loads for a driver. Hovering on the icon gives a high-level overview of all the warnings.
