Reporting & IFTA FAQs

How do I filter the Trend Analysis report?
How do I manually update the mileage data for a driver while calculating IFTA?
Mileage data is updated automatically based on your fuel purchase data and the miles driven on each of your loads.
What is the difference between 'Miles Driven' and 'Taxable Miles' in the IFTA calculator?
Not all the miles you drive are IFTA taxable. IFTA comes with a number of exemptions based on the type of fuel you use, the type of truck you are driving and the routes on which you drive. A list of these exemptions can be found here: https://www.iftach.org/exempt/view/Viewexemptions.php. If you qualify for any of these exemptions, you can edit these miles accordingly.
