What's new in February 2025?
Several updates and ongoing enhancements throughout the application in rate confirmation extraction, advanced reports, grids, and Triumph Factoring
New Features released in February 2025:Rate Confirmation Extraction
Previously you had to submit Rate Confirmations directly to our development team to be mapped in order to populate fields on in the Load Creation Form. We've now connected an AI workflow to automatically read the digital rate confirmations whenever possible.
* Scanned images and protected documents may still prevent auto-population
Grid Enhancements
On user request, we've expanded some of the columns we show in Loads/Trips/Invoices. Most importantly Location Names and Actual Times so that you can better identify loads without drilling down into detail panels. UX changes typically require you to log out and log back in but may also require a cookie reset.
Advanced Report Updates
Along with allowing users to save advanced report settings with filters and column selections for future access we've enhanced the report to add additional fields such as delays at each stop, all commodity information, as well as all intermittent stops on the Trips and Stops page for full transparency.
Triumph Bulk Factoring
With the blessing of the Triumph integration partners, we've expanded the Triumph Factoring integration to support bulk factoring rather than submitting via the invoice panel. To submit multiple invoices via Triumph, multi-select invoices from the grid view and use the CTA button on the bottom of the screen.
