What's New In June

New Features in June 2024

Very excited to bring some pending features requested directly by some of our power users on LoadOps this month!

1. EFS Fuel Card Integration: We've completed an implementation to sync of EFS transactions and added the additional enhancement to pass an adjustable percentage of the discount on to driver's as well. This integration requires you to get your API credentials from EFS but works seamlessly once properly connected.

2. Fuel Surcharge Tables for Contracts:  Contracts module is continuing to expand and become more powerful.  We've now added Fuel Surcharge Matrix for those variable rates that customers demand.  It supports an automated API connection to national fuel prices as well as a customizable regional adjustment and incremental price and % rates.

3. Dispatch Grid for Tracking WITH RADIUS SEARCH! The Dispatch Grid has been further enhanced to not just include a Driver Timeline and a Map view, but also now a Dispatch Grid! All of the current and future assignment information is displayed here as well as the addition of the current ELD Status, Distance to location, and Radius Search to locate the nearest driver!

4. Documents and Notes tabs on Drivers, Tractors, and Trailers: We've implemented the same document and note features as on we have on loads in all asset objects: Drivers, Tractors, and Trailers.  Now you can document and share all the miscellaneous information from throughout your organization without needing to add dozens of additional fields to every view.
