CUSTOM INVOICES HAVE ARRIVED! (Help article pending)

We know that every operation is different and every customer has unique needs.  You can now combine multiple invoices for the same customer and set multiple levels of detail in the export.  You can also create custom invoices that are not associated with loads so you can bill your customers for all of the extraneous services you provide such as storage, warehousing, etc.
