Overview
In LoadOps, business locations can be entered and managed. Business locations are those that deal with pickup, delivery, and possibly relay.
Adding a Location
Go to Operations>Contacts>Locations>Add Location to create a new location.
When adding a location you will be able to note the following
- Business name: Name of the location
- Rating: A thumbs up/down rating can be provided to note the ease of doing business with the location.
- Average handling time: Refers to the time it takes for a driver to unload a package upon reaching the destination. If the handling time exceeds the AHT, any additional time is considered Detention.
- Address: While creating or editing a location, there is an option to add a geofence. Please visit our Geofencing article to learn more.
- Contacts: If the driver needs to contact someone at the location, the details of the point of contact can be added here. This includes the name, email address, and phone number of the person they need to reach out to.
