Overview of the User creation process in LoadOps
We define a Web User as someone who accesses the LoadOps Web App. A Web User can be an Admin, Accountant, Dispatcher, Power Dispatcher, or Financial Dispatcher
A Driver has access to LoadOps Mobile App only.
Please follow the attached workflow on how to add Web User (Add Web User)
To create a web user, go to Settings> Users> Web Users> Click on "Add WebUser" as shown below.
Fields with asterisks are mandatory but the more information you keep up to date, the more organized your profile will be.
Under User Information, enter First Name, Last Name, Phone #, Email, Address, User Role, and the Terminal.
Under Emergency Contact, enter the First Name, Last Name, Phone #, Email, and Address.
Click Send Invitation to send an email invitation to the Web User.
Once all the details are entered, click "Add User" as shown below.
These are the different roles and permissions for each available user:
Only Admins can add or remove a user from LoadOps.
Roles | Permission |
Owner Admin | Can manage the account and subscriptions for the organization |
Admin | Can perform any action within the system and have exclusive permissions to create and/or remove any asset within LoadOps Integration actions with different ELDs and load boards are exclusive to admin users |
Accountant | Can perform all the accounting tasks such as: – Back-office tasks – Driver settlements for completed loads – Can view financing Note: They cannot create a load or assign it to a driver (no dispatching operations) |
Dispatcher | The forefront of operations Can perform tasks such as: – Create loads – Assigning loads to drivers Note: They cannot view financing or invoicing details |
Power Dispatcher | A combination between an accountant and a dispatcher Note: They cannot add a user, tractor, or other assets in the system like an Admin can |
Financial Dispatcher | A combination between an accountant and a dispatcher Note: They can view financial information but cannot edit all items. They cannot add a user, tractor, or other assets in the system like an Admin can |
Driver | Can only log in to the mobile app (no access to the web application) |
