New Pricing rolling out in June for Legacy Accounts
TLDR: Pricing will be converted for all accounts that have not reached out as of your June billing date to our base, post billing pricing. No charge will be made in June for converted accounts and post-billing invoice will be issued as of your July Billing Date.

As we've expanded our product with new features, we have updated our pricing for new customers, while maintaining our old pricing structure to show our gratitude to you- our customers who have been with us the longest. However, to continue providing the best experience, support, and integrations, we need to bring everyone to our current post-billing pricing model.
The new pricing reflects the addition of promised features, improved functionality, and customer support. Our goal is to ensure seamless integrations and scalability while delivering exceptional value to help you thrive in the logistics industry.
In order to minimize the impacts of a price adjustment and to maximize your value, we are excited to offer contract options, including an annual agreement option for additional discounts. This presents an excellent opportunity to optimize your budget while enjoying all the benefits of LoadOps. One benefit as we move from Pre-billing to Post billing, you will get a Payment Holiday in June!
